Email is not coming due to cloudfare dns setting or server and server issue

1)ip tables status *dead* after reboot every time we are activating -- systemctl start iptables
2)some time *port 2053 is missing after restarting we are adding manually -- netstat -tln
3)in our server smpt is there we are using application in that we put gmail email not going out from server as the dns in couldfare are wrong but application is sending
a) need to do propersetup and see top-notch security measures like DNSSEC, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records etc
*need work through anydesk due to security reasons*
