Email down, multiple issues, looking for an expert

We are having multiple issues with our email due to some recent changes. We need someone that is an expert help us get this straightened out. We need someone that knows exactly how email works along with DNS, OpenCart, SMTP, MX Records and cPanel extremely well as several people have struggled to figure this out. Currently some emails cannot send but there are other issues. Looking for long term support.
