Email Server Configuration

Hello. We have a server could server with Alibaba cloud and we are looking for expert in this regards. We basically like to have internal mail server runs on same cloud. Some of them I spoken to said that its not possible to run SMTP on the cloud. If its not possible I want to configure SMTP with one of our external email server to send the mails out.
