Easy task for a Linux server administrator

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a Linux server administrator to help me to resolve two issues on my customer's Ubuntu VPS; the issues are the following:
1- Somehow, DirectAdmin, the control panel installed, stopped working; it loads a blank page instead of loading the user and password GUI; it was working fine yesterday; Ubuntu is still running, and we can access SSH.
2- My customer cannot receive or send emails; it also worked yesterday.
I reported these issues to my VPS hosting provider, but they never resolved them; that's why I decided to look for another person to help us to fix this.
