EXPERT Chrome Extension Programmer - FINAL Debug, Design Integration, New Features.

I have a Chrome Extension I have been doing for a long time and NO programmer has been able to finish it properly, they can't debug it because they have no Laptop or internet is slow or their dog is a Chihuhua or whatever.
1. Sign up and Register - Working but needs to be upgraded for modern users. INTEGRATE NEW DESIGN.
2. Save a collection of saved data to server, retrieve data from saved data (on my server) from any browser. DEBUG AND TEST.
3. Publish to Public site, SHARE or make Private the saved data. Works from server online. CREATE PAGE FOR PUBLIC ITEMS.
4. DEBUG ITEMS - Can not see new collection when a Drag Drop browser Tab is completed by user.
Please give your opinion on what this could be be. While the main Extension Runs fine, when user detaches a Tab the etension doesnt show any data at all and is blank.
5. DEBUG - There are errors occuring because the Internet is cut when using a Laptop - Debug all these errors correctly - YOU MUST OWN A LAPTOP and can test on more than one PC. ~Around 6 re-curring errors show in Chrome Extensions messages. (I have at least 30 computers if you need to test these also).
6. DEBUG - Users can have 10 collections without paying, after 10 need to pay. DEBUG AND FIX all counting and tracking of users Collection Count and Payment status monthly.
7. FEATURE - Give each free user 10Mb storage and count as above for tracking paid or free users. Add storage used count to the SYNC bar. example. 3.6Mb/10mb (36%)
8. INTEGRATE ALL DESIGNS - We have designs finished and it needs all integrating into the extension. Approximately 6 pages of designs. Login, My Collections, Extension Popup , Discover Page, Add Collection, Settings.
In Discover Collections page we have search feature so search RESULTS needs to work in this page.
9. Add and allow a new DB Field "tag" to each item for categorising in the Discover and My Collections pages, with easy searching.
10. Create a NEW PAGE for My Account to show users account details.
