EMR Software Urgent Restoration on Ubuntu

My EMR software running on Ubuntu has encountered some serious power issues and server shutdown, after I restored its power, it didnt load up anymore, I made some updates and still didnt work. It's showing an Apache Tomcat error and isn't running properly. I'm getting persistent 404 errors and 'bad gateway' messages.
