EKS deployment issue -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a specific configuration issue I am facing with EKS deployment.

Description::
We have a private EKS cluster in our AWS environment in intranet vpc. In vpc we have multiple subnets, now we are trying to make deployment with 3 replica sets and trying to attach a service to it. Our application Pods needs to connect RDS. When trying to connect Pods to that RDS it showing error of connection. Want guidelines to resolve this and want pods connected to the service that I created, service type load balancer.
