Duplicate a Linux Server

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me duplicate my Linux server for backup purposes.
The current Linux server and the backup are running on openSUSE and I have ssh root access to them.
The server have nginx, php , django
The main objective is to create a duplicate server that can serve as a backup in case of any issues with the original server.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
