Dockerized Pritunl Cluster Set-Up

I require an expert to precisely implement Pritunl Enteprise on 3 Dockers VM, setting up single Pritunl Clusters (3 nodes).
This project will operate on a private VM (Rocky linux), not on any mainstream cloud platforms, calling for expertise in managing custom infrastructure.

The ideal freelancer for this endeavor should have:

- Proven experience in setting up Dockers
- Proficiency in managing Linux
- Connection with a MongoDB Cluster (3 Node in replicateset already configured)
- Understanding of network infrastructure for VPNs

The objective is to develop Pritunl Clusters on Dockers, included test and fixes.
Test are related to:
1) Switch off the Main Pritunl Server
2) Upfront on Second Server in Stand-by
3) Switch off Second Pritunl
4) Activation of Third Pritunl Server

We don't provide "Test" Enviroment, so the Consultant must use it own in local laboratory.
The Release 'll be done on Production site and it 'll be connect to MongoDB Cluster and behind firewall.
