Dockerfile that builds Kurento Media Server from sources on a Raspberry Pi

I want to run the latest release of Kurento Media Server on a Raspberry Pi via docker. KMS is not officially supported on arm platform so it needs to be built from source and it goes beyond my skills.
I need a Dockerfile which when run on a Raspberry Pi 4B device it will build an image with a working Kurento Media Server installation.
