Docker / nginx / Digital Ocean Consulting

I'm trying to create a Droplet at Digital Ocean which will contain a Flask site with an nginx reverse proxy all configured through Docker 3. I'm having trouble getting nginx to start and I would like someone with expertise in this to review it. I expect this would be an hour or two of consulting. I would show the files using zoom.
