Docker installation instructions for GitLab & CI behind openVPN.

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me create Docker installation instructions for GitLab & CI and protected by openVPN. Installed into cloud virtual computer. Specifically, I need the freelancer to create scripts to automate the process. The freelancer must submit a detailed project proposal as part of their application. No additional support will be needed.
