Docker compose needs to work with AWS ECS

I would like to convert this docker compose to work with AWS ECS: https://github.com/smartcontractkit/chainlink-node-compose

The project is up and running just need to update the following:

ECS Fargate does not support bind mounts from host: incompatible attribute
WARNING services.deploy.restart_policy: unsupported attribute
WARNING services.extends: unsupported attribute
