Docker - Legacy Tomcat and Postgres

I require Docker configuration files for setting up a legacy Tomcat and Postgres server.

The legacy application versions required are:
apache-tomcat-6.0.x
postgresql-8.2.x
OpenJDK 1.6.x

You will also need to provide an example of modifying the Postgres database in the Docker file with the following:
create a new user.
create a new schema
load a sql script (you create - just needs to be simple like create a table)

You will need to test it on your system.

The legacy applications can be either apt-get or as binaries (if you can do both - great)
