Docker-Based WordPress Plugin Isolation and Debugging (Plesk + OVH Server) Debuggin

Project Description:
We are seeking a DevOps or Linux server specialist with strong experience in Docker, WordPress, and Plesk environments to help us safely isolate and debug a problematic WordPress plugin that is causing performance issues on our OVH dedicated server.
We host 20+ client websites on a dedicated OVH server managed through Plesk (unlimited licence). One specific plugin is causing stability problems, and we need it isolated and contained so it can be tested, debugged, and resolved without affecting live sites.
We do not want to change domain DNS or cause any downtime. The solution must allow us to keep all current sites live and uninterrupted.
Project Scope:
Set up a Docker-based container environment on our OVH dedicated server.
Isolate a specific WordPress site (or specific plugin function) into a Docker container for safe debugging.
Ensure the container is fully independent of the current Plesk-managed stack and websites.
Set up reverse proxy routing via either a subdomain (e.g. dev.example.com) or subfolder (e.g. example.com/dev) so we can access the containerised site without DNS propagation or downtime.
Assist with identifying and resolving the plugin issue from within the containerised site.
Document the full process so we can repeat this for other WordPress sites that use the same plugin.
Ongoing Requirements:
This is an hourly project, as we expect to continue this work beyond the initial task. We anticipate needing the same plugin deployed and isolated on approximately 10 more sites.
Some of these sites are not hosted on our dedicated server, so the scope may include setting up the plugin (with appropriate isolation or stability considerations) on client-owned hosting environments, depending on their infrastructure.
Environment Details:

Plesk Obsidian with unlimited domains
Docker (to be installed if not already available)
WordPress (PHP + MySQL stack)
Required Experience:
Docker containerisation on production servers
Linux server administration (Ubuntu/CentOS)
Plesk server management
WordPress debugging and performance troubleshooting
Reverse proxy configuration (Nginx or Apache)
Time Estimate:
We expect this to take a maximum of 4–6 hours for someone experienced with Docker + Plesk + WordPress.
