Discourse - karma system implementation

Hello to all,
I have installed "" Discourse "support forum for Italian cuisine.
I would like to implement a plugin or a component inside that is able to enable experience for all users within the forum, because unfortunately it has not yet been developed.
I installed "Discourse" on Ubuntu 18.04 Docker server
I installed the latest version of Discourse with no additional plugins so it's a 100% clean site
I would like a demonstration if I knew certain contextual activities regarding the enhancement of user experience in the community.
