DigitalOcean Load Balance and sync all files with all servers on realtime with 1 Database

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me set-up a DigitalOcean Load Balance and sync all files with all servers on realtime, using one MySQL database system. All of my servers will be running Linux as the operating system, and I anticipate that I will have a high level of traffic or load on the servers.
