Develop a Linux based BT receiving daemon to "grab" BT device values

Job ID: 37383070

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Linux based BT receiving daemon that can "grab" specific BT device values. The daemon should be able to decode data packets and collect data for analysis purposes. I want an automatic receiving client that can connect automatically to a handful of vetted BT health devices: weight scale, blood pressure, SPO2.
The software should be able to "listen" for data transmissions and log them to a local database with a time and date stamp.
The software will be able to connect to a SQLite database and posit the data with time/date stamp
Error handling should include: Failure to connect, disconnect alert
Software should query.conf file to see available devices to connect

Skills and experience needed:

- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system Target OS: ST Linux,
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks suitable for developing a BT receiving daemon
- Experience with analyzing and decoding data packets
- Familiarity with BT device communication protocols and data structures

Additional requirements:

- The programming language or framework to be used for developing the daemon is open to the freelancer's choice
- The end goal of the daemon is data collection and analysis

If you have the necessary skills and experience, and are interested in working on this project, please submit your proposal.
