DevOps Engineer required for a day

Seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer for a short-term contract. The primary focus of this role is to review and optimize our current server setup, including Nginx configurations, PHP-FPM settings, and database architecture, to enhance the scalability and performance of our application.

Tasks:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of our existing server infrastructure.
- Analyze and optimize Nginx configuration for improved performance and reliability.
- Review and fine-tune PHP-FPM settings to ensure optimal resource utilization and response times.
- Assess our current database setup (MySQL/PostgreSQL/etc.) for scalability and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide recommendations for scaling our application infrastructure to handle increased load.
- Implement best practices for server management, deployment processes, and automated monitoring.
- Document changes and configurations for future reference and maintenance.

Collaborate with our development team to align infrastructure improvements with application needs.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing Nginx and PHP-FPM configurations.
- In-depth knowledge of database management, particularly [MySQL/PostgreSQL/etc.], including - performance tuning and scaling strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.).
- Experience in automation and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Hours:
- The DevOps engineer will be required to work for 4-8 hours. May be a week also depends on the job
