Deploying a RAG on a vps - USD 100 budget.

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can help me deploy a repository to a VPS.

The deployed system will work like this:

Project requirements:
- deploy the system fully functional as you see in the demo and provide the api in photo test getting and posting to it (system has the api in it)
- proper documentation or video recording with commands as text of how to replicate the work you did so we deploy it ourselves on another server.
Tech Requirements:
- Deployment on a VPS (Virtual Private Server)
- Proficient with Linux systems, specifically Ubuntu or CentOS
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Ability to ensure smooth deployment and functionality
- experienced with dockers
It's necessary to have a strong understanding of the Linux environment and experience with cloud infrastructure, as this will be crucial for the successful deployment of the repository to the VPS.
Important: fully check the repo, the requirements, the server, everything before you commit to the project. The project is either fully accomplished per requirements so we release the milestone or it is incomplete. Accepting to take the project is you committing with certainty you can do it 100% successfully on time.
