Deploy AI-Powered Electoral Platform

I'm seeking an experienced Linux SysAdmin and Full-Stack Developer to install and configure a production-ready electoral web platform with AI features.

Tech Stack:
- Backend: Python 3.11+, Flask
- Frontend: React (pre-built)
- Database: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Web Server: Nginx + SSL
- Hosting: Ubuntu/Debian VPS or cloud server

You’ll Work With:
- Pre-packaged installer (ZIP, scripts, docs)
- Automated, Docker, or manual install options
- Full install guide (50+ pages)

Responsibilities:
- Server setup & security hardening
- Install dependencies and deploy app
- Set up Nginx + SSL
- Test and verify functionality
- Configure backups, firewall, monitoring

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Linux server management
- Strong background in Python, Flask, and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Nginx
- Familiarity with SSL certificate issuance and server security
- Ability to follow detailed documentation and provide a production-ready setup
