Deploy PHP Application on AWS Server (EC2 / Lightsail / ECS)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps or Cloud Engineer to help us deploy our PHP application on an AWS server. The application is fully developed, and we need a professional who can configure the hosting environment, ensure performance and security best practices, and guide us through the deployment process.

Project Scope:

Deploy an existing PHP web application to AWS

Recommend and set up the most suitable AWS service (EC2, Lightsail, ECS, or others)

Configure the web server (Apache/Nginx)

Set up the database (MySQL/MariaDB/RDS)

Configure DNS, SSL (Let's Encrypt preferred), and basic security (firewall, SSH access, etc.)

Ensure proper file and folder permissions

Enable auto-restart or monitoring for uptime

Provide basic documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

Strong experience with PHP application deployment

Proficiency in AWS services

Familiarity with Linux server administration

Knowledge of web server configuration and security best practices

Good communication and documentation skills

Bonus Points for:

CI/CD setup with GitHub/GitLab

Experience with Docker or containerized deployments

Ongoing server maintenance support
