Deploy & Configure PowerEdge R210 Server

I need assistance deploying a recently purchased PowerEdge R210 server. The tasks involve creating a fully functioning server via remote access.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install Ubuntu 24.04 on the server
- Set up VMware for multiple VPS
- Provide separate user accounts for each VPS
- Allow admin to create different instances based on user requirements (VPS servers)
- Custom software installation on each VPS
- Specific resource allocation for each VPS
- Network configurations for each VPS
- Creating, configuring and installing a GUI to manage users (only freeware and open source to be used)

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with server deployment and configuration
- Proficiency in Ubuntu and VMware
- Knowledge in creating and configuring a GUI for user management
- Experience in resource allocation and network configuration
- Ability to install custom software on request

Please note, I have a fixed budget of Rs 2000. Only sealed bids will be accepted.
