Delist Mail blacklisted IPs & Troubleshoot and fix Ipv6 issue.

1- My host server works as a mail server for our hosted Website. it has been added to one of the Blacklists
I need to delist it from there.
2- in my attempt to avoid being blacklisted by using IPv6 I have faced a few issues. I need you to Troubleshoot n fix the IPv6 issue on my setup.
Setup: Windows Server 2019 Hosting 3x hyper-V VMS (2x CentOS 7 and 1x Windows 10 Pro). Networking for IPv4 works perfectly on all hosts n VMS.
Ipv6 works well only on one of the Centos VMs; it is pinging out and can be pinged from outside.
The other 2 Vms and the host can only ping6 other machines inside the network and can Ping6 the ISP gateway. It fails to Ping6 google.com Nor DNS Ipv6.
I aimed to fix this and set up multiple IPv6 for each domain on the centos VMs. I work from Australia, so I don't know if u can work within my hours. Would u be interested? If so msg I will fill u in on more detail.
