Dedicated Server to VMs Setup (hobby project, overbidding is useless!) (BID FOR WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK)

I need a dedicated server sliced into two easy-to-use virtual machines (VMs):

VM Requirements:
- Ubuntu 24.04
- Runs 24/7 Python bot
- Runs n8n (free automation tool)
- Must-Haves:
- Docker + docker-compose
- MariaDB (for n8n data)
- Traefik or similar for free HTTPS
- Simple XFCE desktop + RDP/VNC access

- Windows Server 2022
- Extra workspace for Windows-only apps
- Must-Have:
- RDP enabled

- Proxmox VE on bare server for VM management
- Control panel for creating and starting/stopping each VM

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in setting up Proxmox VE
- Experience with Docker, MariaDB, and RDP/VNC
- Familiarity with Ubuntu and Windows Server environments
