I need a dedicated server expert for support, configuration, and maintenance. The server runs Cpanel WHM with Alma Linux and must comply with HIPAA standards.

Key Requirements:
- Disk Encryption
- Firewall Setup:
- Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)
- Application Layer Filtering
- Content Filtering
- Advanced DDoS Protection with Real-time Monitoring
- Content Delivery Network (CDN) Integration
- SSL Certificate Setup Across the Entire Server
- Automated Backup Setup to a Remote Storage Server

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in server management, especially with Cpanel WHM and Alma Linux
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and implementing necessary security measures
- Proficient in firewall configuration and DDoS protection
- Knowledge of CDN integration and SSL certificate management
- Backup automation experience is a plus

This will be an on-call service, and I expect an hourly rate. Please provide your expected hourly rate in your bids.
