Debug PiVPN Setup on Raspberry Pi 3 B

I'm having trouble diagnosing an issue with my Raspberry Pi 3 B, which has been set up to use PiVPN and Wireguard. I need a professional to help identify the problem, as it's currently not working and the reason is unclear.
Key aspects of the project:
- Diagnosis of PiVPN and Wireguard issue: The system is not connecting, but I don't know why.
- Expertise in Raspberry Pi network settings: I have checked the network settings and they seem correct, but I would appreciate a second opinion.
- Knowledge of DNS services: I have tried a different dynamic DNS service, but the problem persists. Pings to it seem successful, as does tracert.
The ultimate goal is to have my Raspberry Pi set up correctly so I use the RPi as a VPN server, and log into it from my Samsung S20 using the Android Wireguard VPN app and browse via the RPi's IP address successfully on the S20. Ideally, you have experience with PiVPN, Wireguard, Raspberry Pi, and Android Wireguard VPN app.
