Debian 12 Server Crash Debugging and solving

My Debian 12 server have randomly crash (one a week or more time a day), and I'm unable to determine the root cause. The server appears to be operational, yet peripherals such as the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and the network are unresponsive. Need the reboot to solve and I'm not able to find trace in logs.
