Debian Packaging Specialist for CGI Programs

We are seeking an experienced Debian/Linux software developer to package a collection of CGI programs for Debian distribution.

Project Overview:
- Patented software that convert IMAP email repositories into indexed webpages (blog/wiki)

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Debian packaging practices and policies
- Ability to ensure compliance with Debian licensing requirements
- Strong C++ skills, including STL and template programming
- Gives accurate estimates for milestones
- Experience with IMAP clients/servers and HTML, helpful

Technical Details:
- Proprietary GNU Make setup (no debconf/automake)
- Currently works with Thunderbird emails on Dovecot backend
- Build dependency: boost_program_options
- ~200K C++ source code with STL and custom templates
- Single space indentation, limited documentation
- Potential for creating separate library packages
