Debian 12: Internal Certification Authority Setup

I'm looking for someone to produce the deliverables needed to install, manage and operate a certification authority under debian 12.
Objective:
Set up a Certification Authority (CA) to manage SSL/TLS certificates for the internal domain nixwave.local, ensuring a robust, secure, and well-documented infrastructure.
Key Tasks:
Deploy a functional CA on a Debian 12 VM (virtualized on Proxmox).
Secure private keys and configure the CA according to security standards.
Deliver Shell scripts to automate installation and certificate management.
Provide comprehensive documentation:
Technical Architecture (with a Visio diagram).
Installation Guide, Operations Guide, and a Backup and Security Document (including vulnerability management).
Integrate with a monitoring system (e.g., Centreon) to track service availability and performance.
Create a PowerPoint presentation explaining CA setup and management.
