Debian Expert Needed

I am looking for a Debian expert who can assist me with advanced installation and configuration tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Debian operating system
- Proficiency in installation and configuration processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs
My debian server crashed which is where my production DB resides (MySQL). I need someone to load MySQL, and Phpmyadmin.....Install my server backup software and restore the DB backup....then configure the DB server to match credentials from old server that crashed such as username/password, and DB name, etc.
I need this work completed ASAP!
