Debian Boot Logo Customization

I'm looking for an experienced Linux developer to replace the default boot logo on my Debian system with a custom JPEG image.
Requirements:
- Experience with Debian OS
- Ability to modify boot parameters and graphics
- Knowledge of boot processes and logo integration
I also would want the code that has been use
I have the os IMG file Also the name of the boot logo as
well the img must be unpacked and repacked with new logo
