Data Center Hardware Troubleshooting Support

Job ID: 39937803

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Our production racks have started to show signs of strain and I want an expert who can step in quickly and keep everything running without interruption. The immediate priority is hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement across our HPE, IBM P Series, and Huawei servers.

Right now I am seeing three distinct patterns: noticeable performance degradation under load, sporadic component failures (disks, DIMMs, power supplies), and intermittent connection problems that point to suspect NICs or backplane issues. I will grant you remote KVM, iLO/IPMI access, walk-through photos, and on-site smart-hands assistance when a part swap is required. Your job is to pinpoint the root cause, guide or perform the swap, verify firmware levels, and confirm the fix through post-maintenance stress tests and monitoring logs.

To succeed you should already be confident with vendor tools such as HPE iLO, IBM HMC, and Huawei SmartKit, comfortable reading hardware event logs, and capable of producing a concise after-action report so I can track each incident. If you also automate health checks or recommend proactive firmware updates, that’s a plus. Let’s get the alarms cleared and restore full performance.
