Data Center Hardware Installation

We are seeking an experienced engineer freelancer to assist with the installation and setup of various hardware components in Data Center. The successful candidate will have proven experience with data center hardware and satellite dish installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Satellite Dish Installation:
Safe and precise installation of a 3.7-meter diameter satellite dish at the specified location.
Alignment and calibration to ensure optimal signal reception.
Connection and integrate the satellite dish with the data center infrastructure.
Server Installation:
Mounting and install 8 servers in designated racks.
Properly manage and label cables for easy identification and troubleshooting.
Verify proper power and network connectivity for each server.
Switch Installation:
Install and configure 2 switches in the specified rack.
Ensure proper STACK, VLAN configuration and integration with existing network infrastructure.
Test for network functionality and stability.
Decoder Installation and Setup:
Install the decoder in the designated location.
Connect the decoder to the satellite dish and integrate with the data center infrastructure.
Configure and test to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain a detailed record of all installations and configurations.
Provide a comprehensive report at the end of the installation, highlighting any challenges faced and how they were addressed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data center hardware installations.
Familiarity with satellite dish installations, preferably of a similar size.
Knowledge of server, switch, and decoder hardware and software setups.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adherence to safety protocols and standards.
