DNS Server With DOH & HTTPS

i want a DNS server
so i can setup this my all device over my DNS server.
you need to install a DNS server with https so it will work android and IOS both device with domain name. like (dns.google.com or dns.adguard.com)
like i have android device and its support privet DNS server and working fine google cloudflare nextdns and other alls.
you can follow this DOC how to config on android.

you need to test this your local lab or any VPS and give me for check if working then project is yours.
