DNS Configuration and Forwarding Expert for Cyberpanel and VPS hosting

We need an expert in DNS configuration, candidate must be familiar with website migration, Cyberpanel and .com.au domain delegation. We moved to a new unmanaged VPS provider running on Ubuntu and cyberpanel and we are having troubles with website delegation particularly with the .COM.AU websites, we delegate and the registrar does not accept the delegation of the domain. We need someone to check that migration from previous VPS has been done properly and fix any issues that may be present, one such issue is that email sent from our server to Hotmail or Gmail gets sent to spam.
