Customizing Porteus Kiosk with OpenVPN Integration & NetworkManager to generate different Thin clients

I am seeking a proficient developer experienced in Gentoo and Porteus Kiosk systems, to implement some customization and OpenVPN integration into the system, must include NetworkManager GUI
My project entails:
Customizing User Interface:
- I am interested in integrating custom branding into the system. This would require someone with excellent understanding of Gentoo & Porteus Kiosk Thin Client.
Adding New Functionality:
- The main functionality I want to add is integrating OpenVPN & NetworkManager into the Porteus Kiosk Thin Client. A successful candidate should have prior experience with VPN implementation and working knowledge of network implementation, I need to generate a number of new clients from a Master install on a dedicated Laptop HDD. The generated clients will be stored on SDCards (4MB) and must be able to select their Wireless Network . Their particular VPN settings are set, but they must be able to enter their VPN PW.
These modifications must provide a customised look while enhancing the system's security. Your bid should reflect your ability to accomplish these tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
