Customize Perfex CRM

We are seeking a skilled Perfex CRM developer to customize and extend Perfex CRM into a full-featured Talent Management Platform. This project involves transforming Perfex into a platform that can handle end-to-end talent recruitment, onboarding, task assignment, and administrative oversight—fully integrated with Microsoft OneDrive via the Graph API.
Project Scope:

Convert Perfex CRM into a centralized portal for field talent onboarding, management, and activation tracking—suitable for the company’s national campaigns.
Core Customization Modules:
1. Prescreening Form Module (Public-Facing)
Custom public form (not tied to client leads)
Smart routing based on city selection:
Rejection email if screening fails
Approval continues to Onboarding Form
Regional routing via SMTP based on geography
Store responses securely in MySQL
Auto-generate PDF: [First_LastName].pdf
Upload files and PDF to MySQL & OneDrive
2. Onboarding Form Module
Multi-section form for:
ID upload, resume, headshot, full-body shot, tax form
Form data saved in MySQL
PDF creation with uploaded docs embedded
Stored in Perfex + uploaded to OneDrive
3. Admin Talent Management Dashboard
View all talent profiles with status filters (Prescreened, Approved, Rejected, Active)
Role-based access for staff
Searchable table with inline PDF previews/download
Approval workflows
Assignment of talent to client programs/events
Exportable task logs
4. Talent Portal
Limited-access client portal (based on Perfex client login)
Talent sees assigned tasks, uploads docs, and sets availability
“Focus Mode” timer for shift execution
Automatic reminders (email-based) for:
Missing documents
Time to review/confirm billing
Expiring files (e.g., licenses, IDs)

Unique Talent ID generation per user
Anti-poaching logic: hide client contact info from talent
