Custom NGINX Server Block

Need an NGINX that does the following

Allows direct IP access ONLY to two IP's (192.168.0.5 & 192.168.0.6)
The rest can then ONLY access via a specific domain (example.com)

Please only bid if you are fully experianced in NGINX and can finish the job fast.
