I'm looking for an expert in CDN (Content Delivery Network) development who can help me create my own CDN solution.

I need someone to create a custom CDN for me with several functions similar to Cloudflare. I have multiple IP addresses, and the CDN should be able to hide my domain and reveal my addresses, just like Cloudflare does. Additionally, it should have a load balancer function, possibly using round robin. I also need a feature that automatically changes the subdomain or ip of subdomain if a particular subdomain or IP gets banned by a specific host. Moreover, it should include some sort of monitoring.
