Cross-Platform Network & System Probe Tool

I'm in need of a proficient developer to create a comprehensive computer (in a network) probe software compatible with Windows and Linux. The software should have the following key features:

1. find systems in a network and log details to a CSV file/db table.
hostname, ip addresses , mac address etc
along with hard disks ,os,version etc.
2. find applications installed in the computers



Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in developing network monitoring and security auditing software.
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for cross-platform development.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards.
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools and techniques would be an added advantage.
