Create simple openshift helm-based operator, using ingress controller, for web app

1. Let's say you have a sample container image that contains a web app and when deployed runs on (for e.g.) port 8080.
2. The helm-based operator, using ingress controller, must be capable of deploying the above container image and expose its port 8080 via ingress controller to enable external access.
3. Must use the default restricted scc in openshift. No new scc creation is allowed.
