Create service that monitors printing on Linux computers and servers

The service must create a log with the information and send it to a webservice in a custom time.
The information that needs to be monitored is:
User who printed.
Name of the print queue that printed.
Title of the printed document.
Size of printed document.
Number of colored pages.
Number of black and white pages.
Type of paper the document was printed on.
User domain.
Number of copies printed.
