Create/install/configure status page Cachet.io

Hello i need a freelancer, who knows vultr, digital ocean, php, mysql etc.
I have a vps server by vultr with ubuntu and plesk, where i host all my websites and web-apps. I also have a digital ocean account, there i ave a small vps with onlyoffice server and i use their dns services for all my domains.
Now i created a new domain in plesk "stanje.rubin1.si" and i would like to create my first status page. I was searching for some status pages and i dont know what to use but i found the open source software Cachet.

Now i need a freelancer who can install and configure this cachet status page for me and my domain, without cousing the server or the plesk installation with all my domains. An option would be to build a separate vps only for the status page.
