Create email server on digitalocean

I have a DigitalOcean droplet and a domain. I want someone to create a mail server on the droplet and a Node.js application to manage mail accounts. You have to be an expert of Dovcot & Postfix or similar tools to make it work. Only an experienced freelancer bid on this project.
