Create a csv file with all Ethereum addresses that have a balance of 0.1 ETH or more.

Create a csv file with all Ethereum addresses that have 0.1 ETH or more out of all 200 million addresses. I don't know enough about etherscan to grasp what it takes in order to compose such a file, hence why I need the help. All I need is the file and that it is current, no scripts, queries etc (that would be a bonus). Thank you!
