Create aws ec2 instance and setup magento project from backup files

We have a backup copy for a magento project with database backup that we want to upload to a AWS ec2 instance (free tier linux). Job includes setting up a new ec2 instance, upload backup files, upload database, and test all modules on the Magento platform to be sure all is running perfectly. 1 day work. to be done by Saturday 18-sep-2021.
