Create a SAMBA Share so i can access over VPN on WIn and MAC

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer who can help me create a SAMBA Share, so I can access it over a VPN connection from both Windows and Mac devices. The share will be based on a Linux operating system and will be used generally for file storage. Access to the share will be provided through the use of a VPN connection. The successful Freelancer will need to have a great deal of experience in setting up SAMBA Shares, VPN connections, and working with the necessary Operating Systems to ensure the share works as desired.
