Create Redis cPanel/Whm plugin & Integrate with redis make per user socket

I'm looking for someone who can create a cpanel/whm plugin and integrate with redis like as discussed on this forum https://prnt.sc/txj7zr
1. cPanel
Some of the features that need to be made include:
- Integration with redis as secure as possible
- Connect redis per user and per socket or per tcp ip with user and password.
- Menu in cPanel user can be disabled/enable redis, change password.
- Redis can be used like for wordpress
2. WHM
- Can disable plugin redis from whm root
- Ability to Set Max memory redis
- Ability flush all redis cache
If you have experience and skill with coding cpanel function and redis please lets me know.
