Create Banking system Server

I would like to have someone develop and create a banking server in our linux Server. We would like to have it so that when the connectivity with the bank is granted that we can connect it to it and our account, We would like for it to give us the option to grant access to banker to load and download transaction and also for us to be able to connect when access is granted, server to server.
